The leakage of ultrasonic cleaning machines is usually related to various factors such as equipment design, improper maintenance, and external environment. The following are the main causes of leakage:
1. 絕緣老化或損壞
1. Insulation aging or damage
設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期使用或環(huán)境惡劣(如高濕度、酸堿腐蝕)會(huì)導(dǎo)致電線絕緣層老化或破損,從而降低絕緣性能。如果電線裸露或絕緣層破裂,電流可能通過(guò)水或者清洗槽的金屬部分傳導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致漏電現(xiàn)象。這是超聲波清洗機(jī)漏電的主要原因之一。
Long term use of equipment or harsh environments (such as high humidity, acid and alkali corrosion) can cause aging or damage to the insulation layer of wires, thereby reducing insulation performance. If the wire is exposed or the insulation layer is broken, the current may be conducted through water or the metal parts of the cleaning tank, causing leakage. This is one of the main reasons for leakage in ultrasonic cleaning machines.
