選擇超聲波清洗機需要注意什么?

不知道大家有沒有了解過,一臺超聲波清洗機的質量主要看下面幾點:頻率、功率、清洗液溫度以及清洗工藝四項。

從28 kHz 到 120kHz 之間,在使用水或水清洗劑時由空穴作用引起的物理清洗力顯然對低頻有利,一般使用 28-40kHz 左右。對小間隙、狹縫、深孔的零件清洗,用高頻(一般 40kHz 以上)較好,甚幾百 kHz 。

關于清洗機的功率:可以細分為兩種情況

2、大功率,空化強度將大大增加,清洗效果是提高了,但這時較精密的零件也產生了蝕點,而且清洗機底部振動板空化嚴重,水點腐蝕也增大。

關于清洗機清洗液溫度:

水清洗液適宜的清洗溫度為 40-60℃ ,尤其在天冷時若清洗液溫度低空化效應差,清洗效果也差。因此有部分清洗機在清洗缸外邊繞上加熱電熱絲進行溫度控制,當溫度升高后空化易發(fā)生,所以清洗效果較好。

If the temperature of cleaning solution is low and the cavitation effect is poor, the cleaning effect is also poor. Therefore, some cleaning machines wrap heating wires around the outside of the cleaning cylinder for temperature control. 關于清洗工藝: 明確被洗件的材料構成、結構和數量, 分析并明確要的污物,這些都是決定所要使用什么樣的清洗方法,判斷應用水性清洗液還是用溶劑的先決條件。后才決定選擇哪種清洗機工藝。
