超聲波清洗機功率變小的原因有哪些?

超聲波發(fā)生器發(fā)出的高頻振蕩信號,通過換能器轉(zhuǎn)換成高頻機械振蕩而傳播到介質(zhì)--清洗溶劑中,超聲波在清洗液中疏密相間的向前輻射,使液體流動而產(chǎn)生數(shù)以萬計的直徑為50-500μm 的微小氣泡,存在于液體中的微小氣泡在聲場的作用下振動。這些氣泡在超聲波縱向傳播的負(fù)壓區(qū)形成、生長,而在正壓區(qū),當(dāng)聲壓達(dá)到一定值時,氣泡迅速增大,然后突然閉合。并在氣泡閉合時產(chǎn)生沖擊波,在其周圍產(chǎn)生上千個大氣壓,破壞不溶性污物而使他們分散于清洗液中,當(dāng)團體粒子被油污裹著而黏附在清洗件表面時,油被乳化,固體粒子及脫離,從而達(dá)到清洗件凈化的目的

超聲波清洗機發(fā)生器上蓋打開,分別連接換能器的正負(fù)極,確定超聲波換能器的頻率,通常超聲波換能器的頻率有20KHz、25 KHz、28 KHz、40 KHz、68 KHz等等。先用頻率計連接,確定超聲波的頻率是否一致,然后把功率電位器調(diào)節(jié)大,觀察電流是否達(dá)到核定的電流。

如果開啟后沒有達(dá)到所需要的電流,那么把超聲波發(fā)生器輸出電感螺桿松開,擰動電感看電流是否增大,一般的話,如有增大,那么可以提升電流增大點,如沒有增大而是變小,則把電感的墊片抽掉點看是否電流有變大。如有變大看是不是電流的大點調(diào)到電流的大點,如還是沒有達(dá)到所需要的電流,把頻率變動一下,(換能器頻率一般調(diào)節(jié)范圍正常為正負(fù)1KHz)。
