檢測(cè)超聲波清洗機(jī)表面除油效果,實(shí)際上是對(duì)表面親水化程度進(jìn)行檢測(cè),除了科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和機(jī)理研究的專用儀器測(cè)量外,表面除油效果的檢測(cè)常用的方法有如下幾種:
Testing the surface oil removal effect of ultrasonic cleaning machines is actually a test of the degree of surface hydrophilicity. In addition to specialized instruments for scientific experiments and mechanism research, there are several commonly used methods for testing the surface oil removal effect:
1、表面親水觀察
1. Surface hydrophilicity observation
是將經(jīng)除油后的制件在清水中浸漬后取出,觀察水在除油制件表面的停留狀態(tài)。完全親水的表面會(huì)有一層均勻的水膜,多余的水流下后,表面仍然是完全濕潤的。如果有局部除油不好,那里會(huì)出現(xiàn)水花或油斑,即水膜會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些基本上是圓形的不濕潤區(qū)域;如果在大部分除油不好,制件基本上表面為不親水,從清水中取出后表面的水會(huì)很快滴下而不濕潤。
It is to immerse the degreased parts in clean water and take them out, observing the water's residence on the surface of the degreased parts. A completely hydrophilic surface will have a uniform water film, and even after excess water flows, the surface remains completely moist. If there are local areas where oil removal is not good, water splashes or oil spots will appear, that is, the water film will have some non moist areas that are basically circular; If the oil removal is not good in most parts, the surface of the parts is basically not hydrophilic, and the water on the surface will quickly drip off after being taken out of clean water without getting wet.
2、白色紙巾擦拭
2. Wipe with a white tissue
用白色干凈的紙巾對(duì)除油后的表面進(jìn)行揩擦,再看紙巾表面是否留下油污痕跡,如果除油干凈的表面,紙巾上只有水漬;而除油不干凈的表面,在紙巾上會(huì)有油污的痕跡。極薄的油膜是透明的,用肉眼無法看到,但用紙巾揩后,油污被收集到紙巾上而容易顯現(xiàn)出來。
Firstly, use a clean white tissue to wipe the degreased surface, and then check if there are any oil stains left on the surface of the tissue. If the degreased surface is clean, there are only water stains on the tissue; On surfaces that are not cleaned by degreasing, there will be oil stains on tissues. The extremely thin oil film is transparent and cannot be seen with the naked eye, but after wiping with a tissue, oil stains are collected on the tissue and easily appear.
3、用達(dá)因筆測(cè)試
3. Test with a Dyne pen
一般我們都用這種方法測(cè)試清洗油污干不干凈,因?yàn)樗容^簡單方便,準(zhǔn)備好一只達(dá)因筆,然后在已除油的工件表面畫上一條線條,如果除油干凈,工件表面上的線條墨水是不會(huì)收縮散開,清洗可見;如果除油不干凈,工件表面上的線條會(huì)收縮、線條模糊、顏色變淺。
We usually use this method to test whether the cleaning oil stains are dry or not, because it is relatively simple and convenient. First, prepare a dyne pen, and then draw a line on the surface of the degreased workpiece. If the degreasing is clean, the ink on the surface of the workpiece will not shrink or scatter, making cleaning visible; If the oil removal is not clean, the lines on the surface of the workpiece will shrink, become blurry, and the color will become lighter.
