超聲波清洗機有三種清洗功能:超聲能量功能、加速功能和直流功能:

直流效應(yīng):超聲波清洗機在液體中沿聲波方向流動的現(xiàn)象叫做直流。聲波場在0.5W/cm2范圍內(nèi),通過肉眼觀察到與振動面垂直的直入流,速度約為10cm/s。攪動被清潔物體表面的微油污垢,并使污垢表面的清潔液產(chǎn)生對流。在溶解污物中溶解的溶液與新液體混合,加速溶解速度,對污物的處理有重要作用。
